Position: Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our digital advertising agency’s campaigns, client accounts, and internal marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid media, social, email, and display).
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and clients.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Support content creation efforts including ad copy, social posts, and basic visuals.
Maintain marketing calendars and project management systems.
Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account coordination.
Manage administrative tasks related to campaigns, budgets, and invoicing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools, website development programs (ie. Wordpress, Squarespace)
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
