Position: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our digital advertising agency’s campaigns, client accounts, and internal marketing initiatives. If you’re a creative, collaborative person who enjoys coordinating multiple projects and working with digital marketing channels, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid media, social, email, and display).

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and clients.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

  • Support content creation efforts including ad copy, social posts, and basic visuals.

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project management systems.

  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account coordination.

  • Manage administrative tasks related to campaigns, budgets, and invoicing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role. 

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools, website development programs (ie. Wordpress, Squarespace)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
