Meet Frank - a small piece of Winnipeg history!

Frank Motors had a problem. They had devised a service plan that would help people take better care of their cars but they needed to get the message out. It was something that made business sense for Frank Motors but also, something that made sense for people who need their cars and need them to run well.

ViewSource Media had already done some work for Frank Motors so they called us in to see if we had a solution. Frank Motors has been around for a long time and has an existing customer base that is pretty loyal but they needed people to come in on a regular basis. We worked with Frank Motors owners and senior staff to come up with a plan that would not only educate their existing customers about the benefits of regular maintenance but would also bring in new customers for this special program.

ViewSource Media put together proposals for a program name, some tag lines to help describe it and also a new graphic element and style to use in all of their promotion. We wanted to play up the name, their history and also develop a visual package that was positive, easily recognizable and distinct. We decided that using the company's namesake - Frank - in a graphic style would fit the bill.

We went through several iterations of "Frank" before finally settling on what we think is the one that will work best. You'll now see Frank driving around town on the side of their shuttle van, printed prominently in their marketing materials and also looking out from their redeveloped website.

We hope that a lot of people will get to know Frank and come to appreciate what he stands for. He is the embodiment of Frank Motors history of high quality auto service as well as the new face of Frank's Preventative Maintenance Program

Head on over to their shop or website for some first rate service and check out Frank. See if you think we're right about how he's helping to promote their new program.
