Who They Are
For over 50 years, St. Emile School has provided a quality Catholic education for families in Winnipeg’s St. Vital area and surrounding communities.
St. Emile School was looking to automate their entire internal application, registration and report card processes. Each workflow was handled individually and tracked offline. It was cumbersome for internal staff to manage and wasn’t user-friendly for families or students. They were looking to consolidate everything into one customized administration system that worked well with their public-facing website.
Our Solution
We provide smart administration systems for private schools across Canada and have designed and developed a customized application that will adapt to any school. So wee reviewed, mapped out and integrated a new, online administration system for St. Emile School following their old, offline workflows.
Their application, registration and report cards are now all online and accessible through a unique parent dashboard. The folks at St. Emile School can manage the entire process by logging into a secure administration area. The smart system can even collect online payment for student fees. All families can access online applications, registrations and view their child’s report card history. This new system has streamlined and automated many workflows to make more efficient use of staff time, while also adding value to the experience of the families they serve.
The Result
St. Emile School can now manage their entire enrolment applications, registrations and re-registrations online. Teachers can also access the system to manage their students’ report cards. St. Emile administration can monitor the report card process, approving steps along the way. Online invoicing is built in, too, so both staff and parents can see a history of student tuitions.
