Who They Are
The Sexton Group is an independently owned buying group for building material dealers and hardware retailers. Headquartered in Winnipeg, the Sexton Group has more than 300 members, representing over 400 locations in every province and territory in Canada.
The Sexton Group needed to re-develop their existing corporate website as it wasn’t projecting the image they wanted and had a very cumbersome admin area. They also wanted to provide their membership independent, customized marketing solutions. Some members have consistent offline and online marketing strategies and some don’t. There was no standard that would allow Sexton to provide this service to their growing membership group.

Our Solution
Since we have worked with the Sexton Group team for many years we understand their business and their relationship to the membership group. We knew we could design and develop a robust, corporate website that would help promote the Sexton Group to all of their existing members as well as potential new members.
We implemented a fresh, modern design with new imagery and videos. We also put a major emphasis on search engine optimization.
The new corporate website includes a “smart search” area to find members and suppliers. The admin area can now handle all content, imagery and video updates.
We also partnered with the Sexton Group to become the Digital Marketing Vendor for their membership group.
