Creative Graphic Designer - Full Time Position
ViewSource Media is looking for a creative graphic designer. We are a growing firm that is interested in hiring a bright and creative person to our team. A full time position is available.
Job Outline
- Designing graphic user interfaces for websites, mobile devices, and other desktop or online applications
- Designing logo identities and various marketing materials relating to print including stationery packages, trade show graphics and various types of brochures, catalogues and booklets
- Assisting the team in development of overall creative concepts, general layouts and organizing the look and feel of website interfaces
- Prepare designs for programming implementation / integration
- Updating existing user interfaces with new graphics and corrections
Required Skills
- A strong creative design portfolio with at least one year post secondary design work experience
- Excellent understanding of website/interactive design, including usability, compatibility and the general advantages and limitations within each unique project
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash
- The ability to meet deadlines and work at a level of quality related to the companies history
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work within an open environment and is team driven
